From Boston:
Chois Health Spa is located on US Route 1-North, nine miles north of the Tobin Bridge, in Godfried’s Plaza. Godfried’s Plaza is one mile north of the Hilltop Steak House, which is on the left of the highway. Go under the Walnut Street overpass (Rte 129 West) Enter the mall at Boston Market restaurant.

From west / northwest of Boston:
Take Route I-95 (Rte 128) north to exit 44A, Rte 1 South. Go two miles south on Route 1. Pass under the Walnut Street overpass, and take an immediate right where it says Walnut Street, Lynn. Go back over the highway, and get on Route 1-North. Go under the Walnut Street overpass (Rte 129 West) Enter the mall at Boston Market restaurant.

From New Hampshire and north:
Take Route I-95 south to exit 46, Route 1-South. Stay on Route 1-South for 4.5 miles. Go past the exit for Route 129-West, and go under the Walnut Street overpass. Pass under the Walnut Street overpass, and take an immediate right where it says Walnut Street, Lynn. Go back over the highway, and get on Route 1-North. Go under the Walnut Street overpass (Rte 129 West) Enter the mall at Boston Market restaurant.
